New Student Intake Form Confirmation

Thank you for taking the time to complete the New Student Intake Form for your student. You should receive an email shortly with your responses, please take the time to review them for accuracy.  The District office will contact you should we need to verify or request any additional information. 

Please download the preschool or kindergarten packet below for additional information and required documents for enrolling in District 30.

Thank you for completing the first step for enrolling your child in District 30.

Later this spring, you will receive more information which will enable you to continue your child’s registration. You will not receive notification of your child's classroom teacher and other important information in August unless all steps are completed.
