On January 30, from 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., Dr. Lisa Kaplin, a psychologist and certified life and executive coach, will speak to parents on the very important topic of "Helping Your Child Reduce Anxiety and Feel Competent and Confident.”

Dr. Kaplin will help parents identify clinical anxiety versus the feeling of anxiousness and worry that affect many of today’s children. She will provide important hands-on tools to help children feel more competent and less stressed.

About Dr. Kaplin...


Dr. Lisa Kaplin is a psychologist, certified professional life and executive coach, and a highly experienced corporate speaker. She helps people overcome stress and overwhelm in order to find joy and meaning in life.
