Student Registration 2024-25 School Year

Thank you for your continued partnership as our students continue to have a great year. We remain committed to a strong finish this year!

We are also already excited to be planning for our 2024-25 School Year. To assist us in our efforts, please complete registration for all new and returning students.

Please note the following dates:

May 1 through May 31: The district will offer discounted online student registration through PowerSchool’s Parent Portal for registrations completed by May 31. PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to sign into your previously created Parent Portal Account, visit district30.org/parents/parentportal for steps to reset your account and other Parent Portal Guides. If you have an existing Parent Portal account, and are adding a new student, please view this guide.

August 1: Families must register by the deadline of August 1 to receive classroom teacher assignments for Wescott and Willowbrook students and advisory/locker assignments for Maple students. The student registration process, including payment, must be completed for classroom teacher assignments and advisory/locker assignments to be generated.

August 1: An ePacket containing vital student information (e.g., supply list, important dates, PTO, and lunch) will be available on the district website and through PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

August 12: Advisory/class schedule/locker assignments for Maple students will be posted by the end of the day to PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

August 15: Classroom teacher assignments for Wescott and Willowbrook students will be posted by the end of the day to PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

August 21: School officially begins!

Please be advised of the following:

  • Schedule annual physicals soon as appointments fill up quickly during the summer
  • Classroom teacher and advisory assignments will be placed on hold until any outstanding balances are PAID IN FULL
  • Outstanding balances are due and include:
  • Lunch accounts with Quest
