Between the election, school, life in general, and COVID-19, we are feeling more stressed than ever before. The District30 PTOs have asked Dr. Lisa Kaplin to talk with us on how to find joy as a parent during Covid-19.
Please join us on November 4th at 7:00 p.m. for a Zoom presentation and discussion. We will discuss how to manage fears and concerns that many parents are experiencing, how to address our children’s unhappiness, and how to find joy in our lives. Dr. Lisa will speak for 30-40 minutes, followed by 15-20 minutes of Q&A.
