CATCH to Present Dr. Mark Potter's Mental Health Journey on November 15

CATCH, Community Action Together for Children's Health, is pleased to announce a new virtual community event to take place on November 15, 2021. The event is designed for teenagers and those who love them (7th grade and up).

CATCH will welcome Mark Potter (https://www.d2up.org/), who is a former D2 basketball coach who speaks about his mental health journey, and the importance of reaching out for help when you are hurting or struggling. He is a warm, approachable guy and his message is down-to-earth but very powerful.

"We are thrilled to host Coach Potter and to have the support of school Districts 27,28,30,31,34 and 225," stated CATCH's Executive Director Amy Oberholtzer.

"Mental health matters, and removing the stigma and reaching out for help is critically important for our teens' overall emotional well-being," she said.
