Welcome, from the District 30 PTOs!

The Maple, Wescott, & Willowbrook PTOs (Parent Teacher Organizations) work closely with our schools to help enhance learning and build our District 30 community.

IMPORTANT FALL 2026 DATES

  • Friday, August 14 - Registration for the 2026-27 school year opens August 14. A registration link will be sent to all families registered in the Parent Portal by email

  • Friday, August 28 - Registration ends. 

  • Sunday, August 30 - Registration available with $20 late fee

WESCOTT & WILLOWBROOK REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 
  • Yearbook
  • Ice Cream Days
  • Volunteer opportunities; e.g. room parent
  • Access to District 30 student/teacher directory
MAPLE REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
LUNCH VOLUNTEER INFORMATION (Wescott and Willowbrook)

Volunteering to serve lunch or be an ice cream helper at the school is a unique opportunity to get a peek into the school day and meet other parents. Lunch shifts are from 11 a.m.- 1p.m. Signups will be available in the school newsletters that were sent Monday, August 3, and are sent each Friday thereafter. Second semester signup will be available at a later date. 

SPECIAL LUNCH

The PTOs have teamed up with Lunch Solutions to manage our monthly Special Lunch this year! Details and ordering instructions will be sent via email in August!

District 30 is fortunate to have a wonderful group of committed parents who lead and participate in our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)  groups at all three schools. These nonprofit organizations work with our schools to support instruction, improvements, and create new opportunities for students and families to connect and learn together.
