Registration/Enrollment Details for 2026-27
Student registration for the 2026-27 school year is now open. Letters were mailed to families in a white envelope marked REGISTRATION INFORMATION ENCLOSED. This letter contains everything needed to complete the online student registration.
Please Note: If you are unable to sign into your previously created Parent Portal Account, click here for steps to reset your account and other Parent Portal Guides. If you have an existing Parent Portal account, and are adding a new student, please view this guide.
Please note the following 2026 dates:

May 1-31: Discounted online student registration through PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

Week of May 18: Families will receive transportation registration details in a separate mailing from First Student. To secure bus service for the start of the school year and to receive discounted rates, completed forms must be returned to First Student by July 17.

August 3: Families must complete registration and payment by August 3 in order for classroom teacher assignments to be generated for Wescott and Willowbrook students and advisory/locker assignments for Maple students.

August 3: An ePacket containing vital back-to-school information (e.g., supply list, key dates, PTO, and lunch) will be emailed to families, posted on the district website, and PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

August 11: Advisory/class schedule/locker assignments for Maple students will be posted by the end of the day to PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

August 14: Classroom teacher assignments for Wescott and Willowbrook students will be posted by the end of the day to PowerSchool’s Parent Portal.

August 19: School officially begins!
Please be advised of the following:

Schedule annual physicals soon, as appointments fill up quickly during the summer.

Classroom teacher and advisory assignments will be placed on hold until any outstanding balances are PAID IN FULL.

Outstanding balances are due and include:

Lunch accounts with Quest

Transportation fees with First Student

Technology fees for damaged or misplaced equipment

Library books/fees/fines

Maple reserves the right to withhold diplomas of students with outstanding balances.
If you did not receive a student registration letter, please contact Mrs. Theresa Blackburn at tblackburn@district30.org or 847-400-8988. Due to confidentiality, it will be necessary to provide personal identification with a valid address in order to receive your student’s letter.
