Below are two separate Zoom links with descriptions and instructions for each for January 19:

1. Instead of a reception, we are planning a Zoom webinar at 7:00 p.m. to be able to capture a screenshot of all our winners. We would appreciate only one screen per household, and please join in promptly at 7. It would also be nice if you could title your screen with the winner’s name.

Join Zoom Meeting: https://zoom.us/j/98160225523...
Meeting ID: 981 6022 5523
Passcode: 482603
or dial-in (312) 626 6799 (audio only)

If there is time, we’ll try to arrange separate screenshots by school and/or district with principals/superintendents.

2. On a separate Zoom webinar, please join us at 7:30 p.m. for the presentation of awards by the Glenview Village Board of Trustees. The presentation is scheduled near the start of the agenda.

First, we will call on each poster winner to “raise their hand” so they can participate on screen as each winner and their poster is introduced. Family members are welcome on screen too! ]

Then, we will introduce the video contest winners, ask them to one at a time “raise their hands,” as we show their video. Again, families can join the winner on the same screen.
