Willowbrook School art teacher Kristin Sedaydiego and fifth-graders recently finished their Kirigami giant snowflakes, which were going to be added to the winter art which is already popping up around the school, in preparation for the holiday season. Last week the first and second-graders created colorful renditions of penguins, which were all appropriately "dressed" for the snowy weather.
Willowbrook is also collecting Toys for Tots for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Donations are being accepted until Friday, December 13, in the front hallway of the school.
