Father/Son Night!

Both father and son will be involved in “PARKOUR” through both instructor led sessions as well as free time. PARKOUR is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. PARKOUR includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.
Pizza will be served during this event.
