Wrestling 2023-2024

Wrestling Information for the upcoming 2023-2024 season

Students are expected to maintain a minimum level of academic achievement with no more than one D or one F prior to tryouts. Students should demonstrate appropriate behavior and good sportsmanship at all times. The coach directs the team selection process. We request that you provide the coach with emergency phone numbers where you may be reached. A tentative schedule is below.  In order to participate in practices or games a current physical must be on file with our school nurse.  It is the student-athletes responsibility to be sure this is on file.

Athletics Calendar

Any in-season cancellations due to weather, emergencies, etc. will be announced by the front office as soon as the information becomes available.  Student-athletes will be notified and given the opportunity to contact parents/guardians to notify them of changes.  Please check the Athletics' Calendar and Athletics' Website regularly to stay up to date with your teams' information.

Prior to practicing all forms listed under "Athletic Forms" must be submitted to their coach. If not already completed on InfoSnap during registration. Physicals must be on file with the school nurse.

Nortnbrook Maple Wrestling would like to welcome any and all 6th through 8th graders that are interested in wrestling from District 27, District 28, District 30, District 31 and District 34 Schools. Maple Wrestling is dedicated to building and encouraging the sport of wrestling in Glenview and Northbrook. It is our goal to build character, physical wellbeing, sportsmanship, self-confidence, self-esteem, and positive attitudes about dedication, determination, and hard work among all of the student-athletes involved in this great sport. All District 27, District 28, District 30, District 31, and District 34 student-athletes will have the opportunity to join the Maple Wrestling Team this year.
