The 20th Anniversary Lew Blond Memorial 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Run, has been rescheduled to take place at 8 AM, Saturday, September 12 at Maple School. The 2019 race drew over 1,000 participants and volunteers.
A significant portion of the funds raised from the Lew Blond Run has been donated to the Les Turner (ALS) Foundation to support ALS research. Proceeds are also used for high school scholarships and school projects, like Maple's All-Abilities Playground, which will be installed this summer!
