2018-2019 School Year Registration Information is Underway/ePackets Go Live on August 1
Last year, District 30 announced a new and improved registration process for parents/guardians. Registration for the 2018-2019 school year is now underway. Letters were sent via USPS with student Infosnap access codes.
Deadline for registration is August 1. ePackets will be posted on District 30's website beginning August 1. They will contain school information and bus information. On August 9, the elementary schools will be emailing classroom placement and on August 16, they will get a final email with their children’s class list.
Registration letters were mailed in a white envelope marked Registration Information the week of May 21, 2018. This letter contained everything parents/guardians needed to complete the online registration. Families must register by the deadline of August 1, in order to receive their student’s class assignment (Wescott/Willowbrook Schools) or advisory/locker information (Maple School).
District 30 ePackets, containing important student information (e.g., supply list, important dates, PTO, lunch) will be available on the district website on August 1, 2018.
Please be advised of the following:
Schedule annual physicals soon as they fill up quickly during the summer
Classroom teacher and Advisory assignments will be placed on hold until any outstanding balances are paid in full
Outstanding balances were due on Friday, June 1 which included:
Lunch accounts with Sodexo
Transportation balances with First Student
Technology fees from damaged or misplaced equipment
Graduating Maple students with outstanding balances will not (or did not) receive their diploma.
Residents who did not receive a letter should contact their child’s school.
School offices are open during the summer. Please call ahead of time, and a staff member will have a replacement letter available for pick up. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the letter, it is necessary to show proof of a District 30 address and personal identification, in order to receive the letter.
